That's good that you have your as need meds.... and took it. Try to relax as much as possible and let it work ( I know, easier said than done). But it really will help the panic once it kicks in.

What do you take???

My headaches have been nonstop and may have been what triggered me into this hour long panic attack

yep... I've been dealing with some pretty bad panic on and off and a headache with it for 2 days now.

The xanax will help... has it kicked in yet?

when it's time to take another dose you should go ahead and do that to keep the panic under control. I know it's as needed, but go ahead and take it in 4 hours (I think that's the usual dose) just to be sure you've tackled this attack.

Can you take tylenol for your headache?
