MDJunction to me

peasha"This has been one of the most supportive places I have ever been. I found MDJ by mistaking looking for drs to help me with my many health issues and since that day over a year ago I have found a tight nit little family that keeps me going when the times are tough and offers me a place of retreat to share my successes and failures with others. I get to see the humor and seriousness of what I experience as well as the resources to learn about my health conditions. Thanks MDJ" (peasha)

I always think of negative thoughts as being small fires in the nervous system

this is a cool thread, Tina, what a bummer about you're parkin ticket but what a good sense of humor Laughing i love this advice Smile more stuff to grow on, in business, theres a book that most people have called "don't sweat the small things", now for me its the implementation that i need to work on. I did really like Chandras friends advice about "if you only had a week to live would it matter"...most excellent SmileSmile

What bothers me the most is my inability to do things for myself. I have learned to focus on the things that I can do rather than ruminate on the things that I can't

Thank you Jenn.

I positively want to stop being negative!

I positively want to get my aggression under control this week. (I think it's a lot better now though)

I positively want to be positive.

I positively need a new drug, one that won't make sick... one that won't make me crash my car, or make me feel 3 feet thick..... Grin

I positively want to punch someone's lights out. Is that bad?
