Hey, I'm new here. Name is Robbie. I'm 22 years old I've been lurking around for a few weeks and finally decided to join. I guess cause I'm a shy person. I have panic attacks and agoraphobia. Been housebound for the most part the past 2 years so I'm usually on the internet most of the day. Have had both for over 5 years now. I've been on medication for over 2 months and do feel better, but I still need to do a lot more. Just hoping things start to get better and just gotta keep working at it. This looks like quite an awesome place.

Welcome to the group Robbie! I think you'll find a lot of people here in very similar circumstances. I definitely get being shy, I think we all took some courage to post the first time, but there's nothing to worry about here. We're all kind of in the same boat.

That's great you're on medication. Hopefully it will continue to help improve things for you!
