Mandie,

Don't worry about not trying, you needed to crash and sleep and that's okay. Was there something in particular that triggered this episode?

You ARE NOT a jerk - you were just having a rough time and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. We ALL go through rough spots and it's just a fact of our lives. I was concerned about you, but I knew you needed to crash - but don't feel bad that I was concerned. All I wanted to do was help and make sure that you were okay. I'm just sorry that I wasn't here when you came back on - my meds had kicked in and I needed to go to bed.

I really think that once you are on meds and they are at their full effect you will notice a big difference in how you feel. Just keep hanging on until tht point comes; honestly you will get there. I know it seems far away from now, but it really isn't. Just keep hanging on, come here to talk, vent, etc. PM any time and we can talk - I don't mind and if it helps you then all the better.

Did you record last night's episode on your mood chart and make any notes about what may have caused it? Remember the more info the doc has the better he/she can treat you.

Remember, we care and want to help. Use us any time you need to, that's what we are here for.

I have to go start supper now, but I'll be back soon.

I don't go to school but I do use some of the coping skills when really anxious and some do help.

Barb you are so right - you are no longer alone in this battle and neither are the rest of us. We are here to support each other in any way we can and we can all relate to one another as we deal with so many of the same issues. As long as we continue to help each other, we will get through this.

Justafraid,

Sorry I didn't realize you'd posted. There was no trigger for the episode. I just went...down. =/ I did write it down Smile

Barb,

You're right, this support group here is a good place for me to run when I feel down since it seems that anything I'm facing... everyone else here has already. Lots of experienced advice. Smile
