I was reading that some of the tingling sensations could be more a vitamin b-12 deficiency so I am going to try to pick some up soon and see if that helps. I also have not been eating well and drink far too much diet pepsi. I absolutely love it though and I get such terrible headaches when I don't have it. I had reduced it down slowly, but the meds I started taking made me so tired I started drinking more again. I don't know.
