Anna, take a pill quick! any pill, even a vitamin! that was the most depressing song i ever heard. TAKE A PILL SWEETY, QUICK!!!

I just posted how it went with EFT... It's not voodoo magic like the manual seems to claim, but I think it does have some benefit. I guess the manual to me just reads like one of those "get rich quick" e-books, so that part left me skeptical... but I think it could help make progress.
