Hi,

My doctor noticed that I was taking too much prednisone, so she is decreasing my dose. I am currently taking 9 mg of prednisone and 1/2 of 0.1 mg of florinef.

I am going to decrease the prednisone to 7 mg a day and just rest as much as I need to each and every day.

I will also continue to take the florinef.

Today I am wiped out. I got a really short rest Friday night because we went to a convention on Friday and Saturday.

I find that when I am up late and up early. It takes me a day or two to recover by resting as much as I can.

This kills me because my 3 kids suffer, but I know that God is merciful, so I pray all the while and read His word to sustain me.

I also need to drink 10 glasses of water to rehydrate. 10 is my goal everyday, but with the weekend being so crazy it was hard to meet the goal. Also I had a glass (6 oz of wine) on Friday and Saturday. SO that probably depleted my water intake. Oh and I had a coffee on Friday midday and decaf over the weekend.

I am doing okay with where I am at I just wanted to share with this group.

Bottom line is I need to maintain balance with all things. I know I am sick but I know I God can get me through, as He can all of us.

Thanks for letting me share.

Carolyn
