I had 2 glutten wheat free waffles with brummel and brown margarine and dipped them in pure maple syrup. And had approximately an ounce of cheese and an apple for a snack. Then for lunch my son wanted hot dogs which we also had yesterday, but don't have often (every 3 months). I buy turkey dogs. Yesterday we had them on a lite whole wheat bun and today I used lite white buns they were much tastier, but I had 4. 100 calories each and 80 calories for each bun. I had 3. So I had a total of 640 calories for lunch. I also had some dark chocolate peanut m&m's and decaf coffee 2 6 0z. cups with half and half 4 tbs. and 1 tsp. of organic evaporated cane juice (unbleached sugar/granulated sugar in the raw).

Usually when I have a large lunch I tend to have a salad with iceberg/red leaf lettuce, red cabbage and vidalia onion with canola oil and balsamic vinegar or some other vinegar. I will put boneless chicken cooked in garlic and olive oil on top and sunflower seeds or nuts. But maybe I should skip the nuts because of the fat in the turkey dogs and cheese.

I did exercize for 40 minutes today. Although I feel as though it is impossible to lose weight. I don't know if it is the Prednisone or what.

I would also love to cut out the white flour and sugar, but I really am struggling. I know I am not binging the way I used to on sugary foods and my sleeping patterns are more regular in the past 2-3 months.

I guess I just need a little hope. I have been praying and reading my Bible, but I really love encouragement from human sources. Mabey that is what God is working on in my life. Teaching me to depend fully on him. ANd on this site. I feel as though I might as well be talking to God. Well I am just thankful it is not an overly busy site.

Have a good week and I hope someone gets the opportunity to connect with this message. And if it is just my heavenly Father then I will praise Him.

In Christ, Carolyn
