Hello There, THis week all my kids and myself have gotten sick. Today I took my Prednisone late in the am. And I was so tired. Maybe that is why? NOt too much to say today. But I am hopeful. I struggled to be in bed by 10 pm night this week. Monday I did stay up until 10:45, but I know I was asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow by 11pm. Sometimes I want to be 'normal' and stay up with my hubby to watch a netflix(movies through the mail). But I know that when I do that my adrenal glands don't get to restore themselves properly. Anyway need to get back to reality. Lots of dishes in the sink. Hope everyone is having a good week. I will post next week again. Sincerely, Carolyn |
