Goodmorning All, Iam new to this support group, although I do belong to a few others on here like Fibromyalgia, and PTSD. Iam 54 years old, and at the age of sixteen was forced to put my one and only daughter up for adoption, she is now 37 years old and has a son, my grandson who is 19, Iam also the mother of three raised sons, agea 35, 28, and 26. I have been reunited with my daughter going on eight years in November. are reunion is very slow, But Im so happy that we even have one, would like to get to know others who have lost a child to adoption or even are a child of adoption, Thanks, Cinnamon

that is so wonderful that you and your daughter have been reunited. i was forced to give up my first born child as well and would love to be able to find him and tell him i didn't give him up because i wanted to. if you look in the articles section of this group you will see a poem i wrote to him. hugs and congrats on your reunion

Doesn't everyone deserve true love?
