I had this Statement of SEN. What will happen is they will get in touch with the 'centre' or 'school' and then tommorow when they see you they will hopefully give you a diagnosis. If they dont give you a diagnosis then it will take about6-8weeks. As your son is a teen i recommend that you give him a bit of privacy....if he wants to talk to the doctors on his own then allow it. He is going through puberty so just watch him...education and teens dont mix. xxx ...
