new to ADHD support group

This is great I have so many questions I have to ask.

sometimes i just go crazy with all the stuff i feal i have to understand.

first off: any adults here? is your life 'normal'? can you do all the stuff others can?

i'm not sure i'll be able to.

You should be able to do anything anybody else can

there are a lot of medications for helping with concentration and social skills and communication.

You will get there in the end if i can help with meds just let me know how old are you hun
