julzmommy, The sides effects on this this is upset stomache, dizzyness, headaches etc. Ritalin contains all of stuff that doctor's won't tell you.I know my son use to take it and he was doing alot of weird things.I know as cocaine.It can also cause a loss of appetite,anxity, insomnia, tics an the other two that I have put in here for you.I also would like to fill you in on is that a student in Virginia had died off Ritalin after drinking beer. Please check with your doctor before you continue to smoke. I think by before you lite up one because this can cause your upset tummy....Need more information I have it in front of me.....

Most side effects from medication changes will ease off in about 2 weeks. If they don't, you'll need to see your doctor for a follow-up. Make note of your symptoms and side effects so you don't miss anything important when you notify your doctor.

Nicotine is also a stimulant, so you may have trouble sleeping if you're smoking more. If you're unable to quit, try to limit yourself to a certain number of cigarettes a day and keep track so you're not overdoing it. Take care! {{{HUGS}}}

thanks, i seem to have noticed that coffee also has that effect i for some reason had three cappachino's one after the other and well i never lept at all that night, i had them at about 12pm. i seem to notice that stimulants like caffeen and nicoten are the things that i need to mind control to have only one at a time and limit, otherwise i start a chain reacting and can just smoke 3 after one another its weird. but i have slowly got this under control.

Thanks for the input. I am writin all my symtoms down.

i have read up alot and realise that i have ADD not ADHD.

I feel that diet and what you in take during the day can also help some of the side effects that you may be haveing. If they continue I would strongly recommand, you speak to your doctor. What they may have to do is find you something else to put you on.I guess what I am trying to say is "DON'T EVER BE AFRAID TO ASK ?????'s because you can learn by asking as well as telling them in how you really do feel. The person who in how feel is you...Remember that.....

This is my feedback for this week!!!!!
