Anyone here is soothed by rocking? I feel the need to rock back and forth when nervous and it is a tremendous help. But try doing this at work...

Therefore, I can only do this when alone. One way I cope is to listen to music on my headphones and rock to the beat. But I can't do this too often in a busy environment.

Any suggestions?

I have the same problem in the morning before the Adderall kicks in. I get very anxious and fidgety. I do rock in my office chair, but I also find that lying back down for a few will help as well. The other thing I do is eat graham crackers. I guess it's something about the crunch that tends to "round off" that edge, just a little bit.
