A very useful calculator to convert doses in various steroids including cortisol. http://www.globalrph.com/steroid.cgi
Diagnosed PAI & SAI - 12/2009
PCOS - 7/2010 Hysterectomy - 6/2011
Propylene Glycol Allergy - 8/2012
Or maybe just a two year long sadistic fungal GI infection
25-30 mg/day HC

I always have an opinion or ten, but please consult a medical professional about your own situation. Advice on this board should never be a substitute for seeing a doctor!

And this Wiki shows the variability you might see from differences in digestive efficiency of the longer acting ones.

You'll also see the gluco-corticoid/mineralo-corticoid differences. ie when choosing between say Pred and HC making the right gluco conversion will actually yield maybe 1/5 the mineralo and you may stay dry or even dehydrate.

Please remember that accurate answers often need detailed source information. Please considering putting your DX status, drug dosage and other information into your "About Me" or Signature Line. That also includes what country you are in because measurement systems and diagnostic methods vary around the world.
