hello world!

m a recovering yaba addict...after the last time i slipped m trying to pull myself back again n trying to walk down the road to recovery. as till today, i am 22 days sober. i have been a yaba addict since 19, n in the last 5 plus years i have had my periods of relapses, recovering, slipping back again to square one n again trying to get clean. therefore this time i dont want this to be another phase of anstinence, but I Want to Heal from this disease. m following the Just For Today NA program that i found randomly while going through stuffs in this site where I have a new meditation to work on every single day, for the next 365 days =) i did hit my rock bottom moments when i was a user, but even those were not enough to make me realise that i needed to cure my disease of addiction. so for me, even hitting the rock bottom does not work. however what works is guilt. when i feel guilty for using i start hating the person i become and then i give up on drugs n try to better myself. so what i am worried about now is What if after reaching sobriety i get triggered by something and end up relapsing. i dont even know how much sense i am making but all i wanna say is i want to be free, happy n lead an simple life like the rest of the people and finally grow some brains to make the right choices!

Help me out coz m 1 of u...Peace!

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others”~ Marianne Williamson

n i was a pot user too...i first smoked up when i was 15 and after that it became occasional and later i got hooked. and i have been using yaba for 5 plus years (approx 6 u can say, time does fly fast i realised while counting the no. of years i used)...well when i dont do drugs i avoid all sorts of drugs i have been addicted to and when i am on it i dont mind experimenting, using them all and what not. well i can say that's bit of an extremist and i want to use this characteristic and my addiction personality not as a weakness but as in a more positive manner...i am also n optimist n i believe God is there to take care of me and heal me...thts y He lead a victim like me join all u people on my own, right when i needed it!

Ana Yaba is meth and caffeine mixed together and put in a pill form.

zabin, Forgive me for not answering sooner. It doesn't mean I don't care please know this.

I want to congratulate you for your efforts on getting clean. I also go to NA and went to AA for my recovery when I first got clean even tho I am a addict. They helped me stay clean each everyday. I have been clean for 4yrs and 3 moths now and I still work the steps everyday . It is my way of life. It has worked ,thank God.

Please know we are rooting for you and we are here for you also.

You deserve a happy and good life. God is here for you also, he has the strength when you don't anymore.

Kris
