you only took, only is a an escape goat to make things SEEM not as bad as they are. even if you cant afford ER they still have to treat you. i suggest that you DO get some help. things dont seem right for you right now. if you want help you need to step out and get some. im glad thats all that happened to you.

I had a very interesting experience on Ambien. I honestly had to be told what I had done for like 3 days because I couldn't remember anything. Be careful with that stuff

Yeah. It's dangerous stuff. I've been addicted to it for about two years. and Have had some very weird things happen lol. but last week, i decided to videotape myself while i was on it (when i was home alone) so i could later watch from the outside looking in = what i was like.

and to my surprise, that really made me think. I just thought it would be funny.. but i realized how out of it i really was and how messed up i was making myself without every realizing it. since, i haven't stopped still.. but i am now aware of how much power it has over me.

It's no joke, is it? What was frusterating for me is that it actually does help me sleep. I wake up feeling rested and refreshed but... I took it and went two days - driving, shopping working... And I don't remember ANY of it! It's scary but I can understand why you are addicted.

I will pray for you about this and just try to be careful.
