Stuck in a rut and can't focus?

I found out that worrying makes it eve harder, it it shuts out my little "thinkers" ( brain cells ),

Refresh yourself with a swim, shower or soak, eat some leafy greens and fish ( fish is brain-food for real ) and a vigerous walk or jumprope, or arobics.

These things have always helped me.
