This is something that is in another group I am in and it has been a wonderful thing to see. You start out the sentence with

Today I will____ and you fill in the blank. I'm hoping this will be an ongoing thing to help give you something positive to look forward to.

Today I will do my best to stay in a good mood.

Accept yourself for who you are, love yourself for who you are, and don't change for someone just because they don't like who you are. If people don't like you for you, then just say "I am who I am, if you don't like it, deal with it!"

Today I will be gtting some things done around the house and just enjoying time with my daughter
