    So my boss informed me this evening that my co workers feel "jipped" because I often times go sit in a chair in the back office when my legs can't handle the strain or my back feels like it's being stabbed.

What are we supposed to say when someone asks, "How are you?"  Do we then tell them how we are?   Do they really want to know?   It likely depends on who is asking, and it's up to us to deciper which is which.
