Who Says I Can't Be Free?

I love listening to John Mayer to relax. He has songs for everyone of my moods. Who Says? I love that song... who says I can't be free? Who says I cant take time? Who says...
No one ever told me I couldn't do something. It's just me and my headache, putting limitations on me.

Oh, Naturalle

Jul 15 2012

So, I've been Med-Free since May, or something, and feeling great. But I've been looking for alternative methods of keeping my headache low and battling it when it isn't.
I find if I go to bed and get up at the same time every day, my headache stays fairly low. If I keepy myself hydrated and if I stay active.
The biggest savoir in my life right now though??

PEPPERMINT OIL

This works for anyone, not just NDPH but anyone with Chronic Pain. If your sinuses are clogged, anything. You can buy it at your local health food store. You just put a little on your finger and rub it where it hurts. I usually put mine on my temples, above my eyebrows, and at the base of my skull. If my sinuses are bothering me, I put it under my eyes too.
It creates this almost cold sensation and honestly, its the most relief I've felt in YEARS.

Please, try it!
