Waiting for hope

Today is one of thee worst day's I've had in a very very long time! I am in so much pain that it's making me want to vomit. I did not sleep well last night with only getting 2 Hrs of sleep. So I'm tired and had to work with this pain. 

I was sweating so bad, the pain medication I'm currently on is not helping.

My new pain management Dr put me on 15mg morphine 3x's a day.

Besides the 225 Mg  Lyrica and 60 Mg of Cymbalta.

What to do what to do?
