The Life of a Bipolar self harming bisexual teen

This is where I will putting my everyday (or at least as often as I can) challenges and such. I will put anything from what I am struggling with that day to what really made me happy. Hopefully I will put more happy things then sad :)

To whom it may concern,

Its about 5 23 here in Missouri.. And I havent gotten a second of sleep. insomnia..... story of my life. Something to talk to my doc about. But then as soon as I do hewill up my meds and it will completly knock me out and I wont be able to stay up for nothin. Ugh, mental illness = annoying as hell...

So if anyone reads this and has suggestions or comments feel free to share :)

What are you taking to sleep? Somtimes sleep meds keep me awake. Send me a private message if you want to talk about it.

Let your pdoc know that you are concerned about taking too many meds. Hopefully if he does do a bit of changes he will do the minimum. I guess it all depends on what is happening as to why you are not sleeping, if there's a lot of bipolar mania symptoms he may need to do all he can to reduce these symptoms should he feel a full-blown mania is coming, idk only you know how bad you are feeling and not sleeping can be serious and cause mania, wishing you well.
