I've been trying to go to bed earlier and have had up and down results. I'm going to increase my exercise to help. I slept alright last night after I actually fell asleep. I've also noticed a type of pattern with my eating habits. The more depressed I am the more likely I over eat or indulge in to many bad things plus I'm more apt to eat late at night and wake up and eat through the night. I'm going to try to focus on exercising and eating better all together. Today I saw my therapist and everything went well. Overall today was a pretty good day for me. Positive things for the day is I felt pretty good. Had a good session with my therapist and took care of some important business I needed to.
