MDJunction to me

MisaBlue01"MD Junction has been a safe haven for me. I have met so many caring and understanding people and i don't feel so alone anymore with my bipolar. I now know that others suffer as well and that we need each other for support. I hope that one day we can all learn to love and respect each other more and that no one will have to suffer anymore." The healthy thing to do is stop.

This is a diary about my struggle to completely stop masturbating, even though a lot of people/doctors say it's healthy. I, however, answer to a higher authority, which is why I want to completely dump the habit.

Day 14.

Apr 02 2010
I made it past the 9 days that was becoming such a burden to me!!!  14 days!  This is amazing.  I've been getting a lot of help by going to church, but also just talking to a friendof mine that has the same beliefs as me.  I haven't told him about my issue, but to know that he is of the same religion and he's on a similar religious level I'm at is great.  It's truly keeping my mind off of things!
