More pain in pelvic/hip area

Jan 19 2010

Sometimes I can hardly stand to take a short shower, as my middle to lower back, and hip area hurt so bad.  Feels like my hips are being spread apart.  It's not a sharp pain, but likea HUGE ache, almost like strained muscle pain only magnified 100 times.  Between my elbows and my shoulders feel the same pain.  Right now I have a horrible deep aching in my hip area, both sides, and I'm sitting down.  Feel pain deep inside, and it feels like it is spreading outwards to the outside part of each leg.  I get very winded also sometimes, just walking across the room...today I was winded.  I've noticed that only my left knee has been hurting all day today, instead of both of them.  Sharp, searing pains.  But it's just one.  I'm thinking that maybe the glucosamine supplements might be helping.  Also, my fingers, and the bones in my hands and wrists ache...oh, to be without pain....Ultram/Tramadol doesn't really help much, just takes the edge off of the pain some, but not much.

Anyway, it's off to do some necessary reading.....and that's another thing, I can't even hold a book or even a light magazine without it killing my arms and hands...
