So, Ive gone to my neurosurgeon last year, then to my neuro oncologist in hopes of finding a solution for my catheter issues. No luck. So... what now?? Wait until things start to get bad again and get steroid injections that last only a month? Attempt steroid pills once again? Or... just deal with the fact that my catheter is grinding against my collar bone? The doctors just gonna keep overlook

Steroid pills, Steroid injections in my neck. NOTHING seemed to work in preventing my catheter from grinding against my collar bone. 6 months of this catheter pain crap. July 16- ....quite sore and my walking distance was quite limited and had to have help getting up the stairs... 1:05 in the afternoon laying on the couch my dog Audie wants to rest by me and walks on my chest near my incision that felt bruised . July 13- Pre-op... I lay in bed with my gown with my parents and my BFF in the curtained off "parking space" area by me. Before the nurses wheeled me off after giving me my "happy medicine" ( which they called it) , my friend said something funny that made me laugh and they wheeled me off laughing. I dont remember entering the OR so I guess I fell asleep on my way to surgery
