There are bald eagles nesting near where I live.  Stopping on my way to work today I watched them feed their young....it was so beautiful.  They are huge birds...can't seethe babies yet...just the parents tending to them.

   Then I get to work and the truck inspections aren't done because the mechanic changed the wrong hose in the Volvo truck...I lost my temper, again.  I hate it when I depend on someone to do something and then I have to tell them how to do it.  I am no smarter than they are...they are not applying themselves.  Frustrating.  I will have to be nicer tomorrow.  Have to work on being nice and still motivating.  Maybe one of those Hillary Clinton smiles will do the trick...scare them.  Yep, thats the ticket...just smile...
