8 mos. sober starting back to work, most symptoms adressed

As of today I am 8 months sober. since my last documentation I have experienced ongoing difficulties waking up stemming from Depression?sleepapnea? or an as of yet unadressed problem. My Cpap is helpingsome.I have just started provigil to adress this issue 4 days ago and it seems to solve this problem so I am very hopeful and appling for a job to see if I am truly ready. I certainly think so.

Pain is diminishing with exercise, Cymbalta, and Glucosimine Chondrointin.

Bipolar seems to still be moderating and leveling off. Last month Lamictal changed 150 to 200mg and ceroquel form 25 to 200mg and I noticed a definite change.  Started Cymbalta 2 weeks later.

Past medications (through 09/07) Prozac 20,40,80mg. Effexor XR 150 &225mg.  Both apparently ineffective although prozac has pushed me into Mania in the past without a mood stabilizer (hypo).  wellbutren aided immensely in quitting cigarettes.(300mg) after taking it 2 months.
