Spinal Stenosis and My Treatments/Medicines

We are moving-literally one street over in out subdivision...it shilarious to think of. And I felt awesome yesterday and was so excited thinking that the morphine was finally working for me! I only hadto take one of them in the morning and I was actually able to help lift a few small things with my husband....I am usually just the decorater.  About 6 pm my body started to tell me it had enough so we stopped. That is def one thing I have learned to do is listen to my body when it tells me to stop doing something-because if I dont then I will be sorry I didnt the next day!! So, yesterday went great...and then I woke up this morning like a train had hit me!! Ugh....very upsetting. I was thinking I was on the other side of the tracks with this new medicine now :]
