The reason I'm doing this journal is to note how far I've come and how much farther I have to go. I've noticed when I write down my daily goals and look back upon them, I feel successful to see even one checked off. Two can make me proud and three or more can make me almost giddy!

Great GP Info Found

Feb 22 2010
I've looked many times for good info on how to cope with GP and I found an article written by a sufferer that seems to have good information. I recommend anyone coping with gastroparesis take a lookand see if they can find something that will add to the knowledge. In your search engine type: gastroparesis.diet. (I use "BING".) Scroll down until you find the following website entitled: (all caps)  DIET INTERVENTION IN GASTROPARESIS  . This is from the health system at Virginia.edu. Great info on GP diets.
