I now believe in myself and accept myself on a completely different level. The people on MDJunction has been so supportive and accepting that I have been able to adopt it into my personal life. That has reduced a lot of stress in my life. Thanks to all." (HiddenButterfly)

Sorry, I accidently posted this before I could write anything.
Okay, so I and 16 and I have crohns disease. My diet consists mostly of white bread, rice, potatoes and pasta. I can only have a couple fruits and vetoes. I am 4'9 and weigh 129 lbs. I want to lose 20 lbs this year. It is hard for me yo excersise Bc I feel so sick all the time. Does anyone have any suggestions on a diet I could go on or an excersise I could do? Thanks so much!

Exercise in an aquafit class could be good, or gentle stretches, some yoga moves, depends on your pain and limitations. Generally water exercise is gentle on joints & body, as is yoga and stretching with some weight bearing for strength. The diet is more challenging if you are limited in fruits and veggies, unfortunately white bread is not as healthy as the whole grains and the pasta and potaoes are lots of carbs and starch which aren't conducive to weight loss. Best to check with a dr. if you could see a nutritionist to devise a meal plan for you. Hope this helps and good luck.
