amy213 I have been told that keeping a journal about my fibro will help me figure out the highs and lows to help with the pain.

it has been a rough time lately

It has been really rough lately. I can't seem to find anything to help with the pain. the cymbalta and the lyrica just made me sick. i couldnt get over the throwing up part. Now the pain is almostintolerable and i dont know what to do. the pain is spreading and it turns into shooting pains that seem to concentrate in my ankles. i dont know what to do anymore and i dont know who to ask. i know that i am not imagining this but i really feel alone right now.

Don't feel alone, we're here for you, and from what I've gathered, it is really hard for some to find the right meds. If you are not on any other med, and are not allergic to bees, I can recommend you to try out Apitoxin, it's a medicine made from bee poison, and it did really good for my mom's rehuma but it is recommended for all kinds of physical pain. I'm not sure if it's good for fibro, since I am allergic to bees, but I think it could be worth a shot, it's a natural treatment kinda thing smilies/cheesy.gif
Hope it helps, and even if it doesn't, we are always here for you, we won't let you alone smilies/cheesy.gif
A big hug,
