MDJunction to me

Joy75"MDJunction to me is a second home. I visit daily to support and get supported. Everyone is so great here. The people are what make this site so
perfect. When someone says I helped them, I feel so good about myself. When
I am down, I come here to talk with my lovely friends. This is a great site
and I’ve come to love it and my friends here. Thank you for making such a
wonderful place to call home!

Some Days are better than others.

I have been told that keeping a journal about my fibro will help me figure out the highs and lows to help with the pain.

I almost feel human

Feb 23 2010
I went and saw my dr today and she told me not to take the savella anymore which was good since i hadn't taken it since saturday. I am starting to feel a little more like myself again. My pain is right there and the headache is back but it is so much better than how i was a few days ago. We are going to go on the cymbalta again and i hope it works. I so want to find something that works so that i might get some part of my life back and i can be the person that i once was. I have had the fibro pain for so long that i learned how to cope with it and never found something to make it better. I used to take tylenol all the time but now i rarely do.

Amy, I am sorry to hear about your pain and depressions. But, I do know what you are going through. I was just recently diagnosed myself and have found this site and the people on it are great. It is nice to be able to talk to someone who understands what we are talking about. I am on Cymbalta right now also. They started me out on 30 mg. but just doubled it so am waiting to see. If it doesn't work then we will try Lyrica. If you need to talk please feel free to get in touch with me. I will send you a private message with my email. Gentle hugs smilies/wink.gif Ellen
