			<description>&lt;p&gt;went to a new neurologist- he has me on depakote &amp;nbsp;250 mg with the cymblata 60 2x/day, helped in the beginning, now have 5-7 pain level days. &amp;nbsp;talked to a person that lives near me that has NDPH- what a support. she is going to cleveland clinic headache specialist tomorrow- may need to give that a try. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;dr. provenzano did a mdi cervical branch where he found a nerve that hecould burn that would help my neck pain but not my headaches.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;</description>

			<description>Tried Topamax, it increased my vise like grip and I titrated off of it. &amp;nbsp;am now on cymbalta and Baclofen (started with 1/2 pill tonight). &amp;nbsp;Am also going for 2-3x/week massages</description>

			<description>The doxycycline / singulair combo brought my pain down&amp;nbsp;significantly.&amp;nbsp;I switched to minocycline after a month or so because of a few side effects. &amp;nbsp;I had very few high pain days after beginningtreatment. On the pain scale, a 4/5 was about as high as it went and only once a week.</description>

I can barely feel them each day and the side effects of the medicine are minimum. This is what I am taking: Namenda 10 mg 2x day, Topamax 100mg, Indomethacin 75mg, and Nortriptylin 100mg. I think I will be going off the Namenda and the Indomethacin soon and just stay on the Topamax and Nortriptylin. The Nortriptylin was the magic drug to take away the headaches. 			<description>&lt;p&gt;Went to pain spec today, she was very pleased that Cymbalta 30 mg was working to get my headache down to a 2-3, will go on 60mg starting today to see if I can conquer it.&amp;nbsp; Still wearing headband and taking herbs and riboflavin. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;NPDH does not respond to traditional options.
