MDJunction to me

djfilippone"Before I found this site I felt so alone.  Watching my daughter struggle with IH and being treated like she had two heads from doctors.    I have plenty of family and friends but there was nobody that really knew what she was going through.
I not only have support and love from others who will listen and share their
story, but I have made some forever friends.  Having this support site does make a difference to many.

If you become addicted to anything, I hope it's not the TV.  It seems like couch potatoes watch it, and the news these days is depressing as hell.  So what can I do to change the news?  Nada, diddily squat.

Ralph Wilkerson, a minister in New York who worked with street gangs sold his TV one day and used the same time to be with his wife and do some praying.

Talk to your doctor.  See if some of the meds are responsible to some degree; he'll know about that.

smilies/wink.gifYUM! Cliff bars! Plenty of rest, lots of water and light exercise like walking help me. It comes and goes though. I think the weather (dropping barometer) affects me. Good luck!
