Loneliness is creeping again

I've been at peace for the last few weeks. Zero loneliness. It's like God has been my constant companion. The He sorrounded with people 24/7. Now I'm headed home and I can feel loneliness creeping in again. Only God can heal this disease called loneliness. Help me as I pray for eradiction of this feeling. I'm crying out to Jesus.
