Can't Function Today

I haven't felt like this in a long time, but I feel that old, paralyzed feeling - like no one else in the world knows the despair I am feeling. The worst loss in my life has just been retriggered. Others brush it off and go about their lives.

It's a lonely, helpless feeling.

I know things are not easy for you, but try to do something that is not involved in your usual daily routine to throw the day off a bit and maybe that will help. Best of luck and keep coming back to this site as it seems there is alot of support here for you.

I hope today is a better day for you. Get out of the house and get some fresh air, get your blood pumping, working out to the point of hyper-ventilation always takes my mind off of whatever and focusses it on not passing out
