apartment construction

it has been a week since the fire and yesterday we had to leave our building because of a gas leak. the gas company came in and fixed all of our stove connections. today the construction company is workingon the deck above me. it is so loud it is hurting my ears so I left and went to visit my friend for a while. When I got home they were still working. noisy but not so bad.
