MDJunction to me

aTinaL"To me, Mdjunction comes down to motivation. The support and information I have found here motivated me to take a very proactive stance regarding my illness. This led me to find medication and doctors that are giving me my life back.
More important than even the motivation, though, is the friendship I have found at MDJ. I have made some of the best friends of my entire life right here in this group. Even though most of us have never met, it feels as if we have known each other for years.
If Angels walk among us, and I believe that they do, most of them are here at MDJ.

Random Thoughts of a Miscellaneous Mind

Some days I just have to write. The title is from one of my best friends.

Went to the Hospital

Jan 16 2011
So the day I wrote my last entry, I went to the hospital.  I was in for three days before my husband busted me outta there.  It was another week and a half before I went back to work.  When I got back to work, I found that I had been demoted due to my absence and the days off that I've been working to get for over a year were given to someone else who hasn't been with the company for that long.  But they still want me to be in charge some nights because I do my job so well.  It would be a relief if I didn't have to still be in charge some nights for the simple fact that it is too much stress.  I'm just mad about how my boss handled the conversation.  But that's alright.  Ok, so I'm also mad that they still want me to be in charge every now and again.  You can't have it both ways.  You can't tell me that I'm no longer your shift sergeant and in the same breath say that you still want me to do in charge nights.  But if I want a shot at those days I've been working my ass off for in 3 months, I have to still be doing in charge nights.  I'm damned if I do, damned if I don't.  I just need to hurry up and get out of this job.  I need a normal schedule so that I can have some semblance of normalcy in my life.
