We all suffer from one thing or another, many of us suffer from many afflictions, physically and mentally, whereas the two always walk hand in hand. If we are serious about getting help for ourselves, which is first on the adgenda, we will find medical help if ther is money, insurance,..or not! Secondly, if we genuineally want to help others, (which is theraputic), giving up on them or ourselves is not an option. We are here for two reasons which also walk hand in hand:  Ourselves and Others!
