Last day of Abby's visit

Jun 23 2012

Cody and Abby are leaving for California tonite. I will miss them. It's been a fairly good trip. Randy was a tremendous help, filling bottles, doing dishes, helping with EVERYTHING. It's alwaysso good to see Cody, he's such a great 'kid'. I rode Mister today, it felt great. I don't hurt at all when I am on him, but it sure is hard to walk out there and back. Abby had a great time, feeding the calves and goats and riding Mister. She was real happy to see EmmaLouMoo this trip. She has finally gotten over her fear of her.

Fatigue was the most frequent unwanted visitor this weekend. I will feel ok for an hour or so then I nearly pass out from exhaustion, with no warning. I'm not sure what to think about that, if its part of the RA, or has something to do with my bp. Anyway, I survived this trip without being too troublesome. The only thing that really is hard to accept is how I look. I hate having all this extra weight on. I asked Cody to please kindly edit and crop me out of the photos. It really triggered the depression again.

The exhaustion is from the RA mention it to your Dr. I keep a list of questions because I see the RA Dr and 6 weeks is to long for my memory. It sounded like a good visit.

Thanks, I will. I am still waiting on the results of all the tests he took last week. The steroid shots he gave me seem to have addressed most of the pain, except my hip but didn't help much with the fatigue. At least i can rest up this week and get ready for round 2 smilies/wink.gif
