MDJunction to me

Storm6751"MDJunction to me is somewhere i feel safe i feel i can be myself and not be judged. I love the fact that i get to see that im not alone in what i am going through and i also get the chance to help others on their journey through guidance and communication.
I would truly be lost without MDJunction... to me its my savior, my personal place to go where i don’t feel so alone anymore in the world.

I congratulate myself heavily. Somehow, and I'm not sure how but i'm not complaining, i've managed to lose close to 40 pounds in the past year! I'm so excited about it that i almost can't sleep at night. of course, i never could to begin with but that's all right. at least this time it's for a good cause. YAY ME!

Wow! Just read this. Congratulations on your weight lose. It took me about 2 years to lose 25 lbs and then I gained 10 lbs back when I was on Prednisone. I'm working now to get rid of that 10 and am making slow progress. That's OK though because I'm pretty sedentary and am just getting started on being more active around the house, plus I'm walking a short distance everyday. I have Degenerative disc disease and have fallen on the stairs twice in the past 6 months. The last time I sprained my right knee and it seems to hurt worse with time rather than better. Guess I'll have to see one of my docs about that.
