I know this is goin to be a rant but im 24 havent been in work in two years and i still cant get used to my new body as i call it. I dont go out anymore and i hav totally lost my social life and a goodfew of my friends i just dont know what to do anymore...

Going for Physio

I have recently be going to a physio once a week and she gave me a physio med. I find this brilliant for releavin the pain in my back legs and arms u place the equipment on your body where it hurtsand it eases it out. Its worth trying.
