Big Time/Low-Hurt Time

Jul 04 2009

First.....I am so very sorry to have bored everyone with the "Wedding" I printed early, I won't put that kind of "stuff" again.

After being home for a day or two, I startedhurting so bad all over. We were still on vacation and I thought we would get some beach time in.....WRONG.  I knew at the wedding I was hurting, but I took some pain medication, and kept going.  I did stop one day for a two hour nap, but that was all.  Well, getting home, and relaxing, told me a whole new story.  It did rain here in "Sunny" florida from Monday thru Thursday, some very heavy rains with lots of flooding in some areas.  Anyway, by thursday I couldn't stand it any longer, and I saw my doctor.  She said I was having a full blown Fibro attack. She is sending me to a Reumatoid doctor who specializes in Fibro.  I sure hope he can stop this pain.  Pain pills make me sooo crazy, with bad dreams when they put me to sleep and when I wake up from the dreams, I am up the rest of the night, and so groggy all day that I am useless to everyone.  I hate this for my husband, we can't go any place, and I feel like I am wasting my vacation.  Has anyone else been to a Reumatoid doctor?  What are they all about?  I know they take care of RA, is that similar to Fibro?  Please let me know if anyone can give me any information, I would really appreciate it.  Thank you all so very much.

Barbara
