September 24, 2011 Let the Fun Begin

Well, I went to the get together last night. I'm glad I did. I had been feeling really down and seeing everybody helped me alot. It was so weird. I walked in and looked around, trying to figureout who all the old people were. Surely they were not people that I went to school with. I was wrong. They were.

None of my close friends were there, but I did get to visit with other class mates. It was actually nice. All the cliques that we had in high school didn't matter anymore. We were just the class of '81 from WaCoHi. I only stayed 2 hours though. There was no place to sit, and I barely made it out to my car. I have been paying for it today.

Tonight is the big event. Dinner and the garage band from our high school year. They are having food we grew up with; Gondolas and Leonardo's Pizza. Yum! And best of all, there will be chairs. And I will be bringing lots of vicodin. Hopefully I can get home afterward. Actually my parents live 2 blocks away from where we are going to be, so I will probably stay over there and come home tomorrow. We will have to wait and see.
