Take minute or two to sit down an just really see the world as it is suppose to be. Take the time out for a minute to see the little thing that we over look every day of our lives; take the time to smell a beautiful rose or even smell of a coffee pot sitting on a stove just perking away just waiting for some to take it off the burners. Take time to sit down will friends an family tell them how you feel and what you think. Never ever try to hide it from them let them what you are going thru an how it effects your being at that time

For me taking the time out to see all the wonders that I have over looked some many times before was worth every minute of it. I got to try to reconnect with friends an family. Even here at M D Junction reconnecting with friends that I haven't spoke to in yrs help. But mostly reconnecting with that special someone in your life whether it's your mate or friend or just someone that you have just had your eye on for sometime it's worth every effort that you put into it. For me sitting down with the grands and other friends either by phone in person or by internet was worth the cost for me. Hearing sounds that I haven't heard since I was a kid helped out too; Then again again there were sounds that that I never ever in my whole before either. Just to sitting outside today in my depress state of mind help me to feel a little better than I had all week long I don't how long I am going to be able to to chat with everyone like this but if you see that I have not been online in two to three days then you will know either I'm sick again or I have no way to reach out to everyone out there. Hey just getting the swing of this loaner laptop and it's a good thing to have thank god for the internet.

Life is what we make it it can be whatever we want it to be all we have to do is try to keep putting one foot in front of the other one that is all that needed outside keeping the faith. By thank to one of by Best Friends here on MDJ AmyGirl she sort of put the nail on the head today with one of her posted on what I had posted. To her I say thank You from the bottom of my heart I need to hear that and tell her that today.THANK-YOU!This is what family and friendship is all about telling each other what we think and feel at that time an place on God's green earth.
