My Journey to Healing

I am writing this diary to keep track of the monthly stomach viruses I have had since June 2012 to learn more about the mystery of my illness, it's flare ups and recovery process. I also need to learn how to set some serious limits.

Bye to Physical therapy

Jul 07 2009
It has been over a month and a half since I ceased physical therapy and I am actually in less pain, than when I was going. Therefore, this course of action isn't for me. I will continue looking forother means of help, try to swim as much as possible to help me body recondition itself and get some form of exercise. There are so many things I want to do and can't. I want to dance, play tennis, go bike riding, its so infuriating to not be able to do such things or to pay for them later with much recourse.
