Well, today is my first day on the patch to quit smoking. So far I'm cranky and still craving but I know I can't smoke while I have this on. Weird dreams lately(before I put the patch on) Off to my day program soon. I have so many things I need to work on in therapy it's almost ridiculous. *sigh* I guess years of stuffing my emotions has finally caught up with me. Hoping and praying today will be a good day.
