My FMS and MPS

Life Is a Gift

Today before you say an unkind word - Think of someone who can't speak.

Before you complain about the taste of your food - Think of someone who has nothing to eat.

Before you complain about your husband or wife - Think of someone who's crying out to GOD for a companion.

Today before you complain about life - Think of someone who went too early to heaven.

Before you complain about your children - Think of someone who desires children but they're barren.

Before you argue about your dirty house someone didn't clean or sweep - Think of the people who are living in the streets.

Before whining about the distance you drive - Think of someone who walks the same distance with their feet.

And when you are tired and complain about your job - Think of the unemployed, the disabled, and those who wish they had your job.

But before you think of pointing the finger or condemning another - Remember that not one of us is without sin and we all answer to one MAKER.

And when depressing thoughts seem to get you down - Put a smile on your face and thank GOD you're alive and still around.

I thought this was very powerful and this really made me think and I thought I would pass it on!

My Virtual Sisters

May 01 2009

My sisters are in my heart.

They open doors to rooms

I never knew were there,

They Break through walls

I don't recall building.

They light my darkest corners

With a radiating love.

My internet sisters are my soul.

They inspire my wearied spirit

To fly on the wings of angels

But though I hold them in my heart

Schulz Philosophy

The following is the philosophy of Charles Schulz, the creator of the
'Peanuts' comic strip.

You don't have to actually answer the questions.
Just read it straight through, and you'll get the point.

1. Name the five wealthiest people in the world.

2. Name the last five Heisman trophy winners.
3. Name the

"THE REST" WHY DO WE ALWAYS SEEM TO FORGET TO SEE THE WHOLE PICTURE?

Apr 19 2008

We always seem to forget to read on, this is the 2nd verse of the Serenity Prayer, plz read it all, the whole prayer, it will make more sense to all of us.

God, give us grace to accept with serenity
the things that cannot be changed,
Courage to change the things

We cannot complain about the cross we bear but, don't realize it is preparing us for the big dip in the road that God can see and we cannot.

Whatever your cross, Whatever ur pain,

there will always be sunshine, after the rain.

Perhaps u may stumble, perhaps even fall,

But God's always ready, to answer ur call.

He knows every heartache, sees every tear,

Having FMS/MPS means many things change, and a lot of them are invisible. Unlike having cancer or being hurt in an accident, most people do not understand even a little about FMS/MPS and its effects(read-more), and of those that think they know, many are actually misinformed. Those that do know, are the people that actually have to live with these diseases. My, they sure are painful.
